My favorite movie theater in the area! Recliner seats are spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly, and theatre is clean and welcoming. You reserve your seats ahead of time which is nice so you are guaranteed to sit with your party! The lines can get long on Tuesdays ($5 movie night) but they move very quickly. I love that the soda machines are the older dispenser style and NOT the touch screen machines that have seemed to take over everywhere else. They have a great selection and make it easier to help multiple people at once. Some theatres are bistro style so you can order food and drinks right to your seat! It couldn't get much better than that! Food is delicious and the drink menu changes and they have creative names to match some movie characters which makes it a fun experience! I definitely reccomend joining their rewards program! You often get discounted snacks and early bird specials!
General lobby was very clean, the customer service was good. The cashier was able to help answer my question about using a online ticket and how to redeem it. They had nice and comfortable seats that reclines. I love the fact that you can reserve/pick your seats so youre guarantee the seat you paid for.
The bistro side of the theater had some issues a couple of years ago. Since some changes in staffing took place, the quality of service has exponentially improved! I enjoy taking my daughters here especially when the event coordinator takes time to promote kids movies with small party favors and promotional toys! You guys rock!
Love going to this theater. It doesn't matter what seat you get, it's comfortable. Love the recliners and the bistro. The food isn't too bad for movie theater food. Concessions are overpriced. Over $5 for a medium soft drink. Will cost a Fortune to eat there but other than that it's always clean
I love this theater so much, that I refuse to go anywhere else. I see a movie about once a week. The seats are comfortable, the popcorn is always fresh (the pretzel nuggets have occasionally been an issue. I think the case they were kept in had a malfunction that's seems to have been fixed as of late). The donuts are amazing. The Carmel sauce is so good that I'll take what's left home with me even if I have no donuts left! My only wish to make this place better would be a gift shop where you can purchase items relating to the movies that you've just watched. Also a dedicated (small) screen room where parents with babies who just need a night out can go see a movie without bringing their crying kids into the full theater with them. Or where they can leave the regular theater, scan their tickets and have a movie continue playing while their kid has a meltdown. I don't have any kids, but I understand that a majority of the population struggle with it. Parents need a reprieve more than anyone, but all paying customers would benefit from them being catered to. Any theater that can solve a bit of that struggle would be gaining lifelong loyal customers. This theater has a fairly unused arcade that would be a perfect spot for a toddler to have a meltdown while their parents get to keep watching the movie they paid for.
